I've forgot my User name and password
If you have forgotten your User name or password either:
- Click here then click on 'Lost Password' and type in the email address you registered with, your details will then be emailed to you.
- Email us with your registration email address and full name, we will then email you with your details.

How much does it cost to become a Gold Member?
You can join for FREE, although if you want to use email, chat or instant messenger you need to become a Gold member, which costs ?7.50 for one year. This will enable you to send and reply to unlimited messages to anyone listed on MotivatingMates.com. The charge will allow only paying members to send unlimited emails to other members which will help prevent misuse of the site and stop unsolicited mail (spam).
How can I upgrade to Gold Member?
- Log in go to My Page
- Under My Account click on Upgrade Membership
- Under Select Group click on Gold Members
- Click on Buy credits
- Click on Pay Pal and proceed with the transaction

You can check your account when you log in on My Page click on Your Account.
When can I email other users?
As soon as you upgrade to a Gold Member you can email other users.
I don’t want to let other members see my email address, what can I do?
At MotivatingMates.com we use a double-blind email system so you keep your privacy. This double-blind email system replaces your personal email address with your User ID. Remember don’t give out your personal email address until you feel ready to do so. See Security Tips.
How can I stop someone from emailing me?
To stop someone from emailing you, log in and click on Mailbox and the user you want to block email you want to mark as Not Suitable. Click on this and then select Block This User. To view members who you have blocked click on Not Suitable.

If you can’t upload your photo then check that your photo size does not exceed 500 Kb, and width X height must not be more than 1,000 pixels X 800 pixels. To reduce the size of your photograph use the crop tool in a picture editing program or to check the size click on your photograph and view details on the lefthand side of your screen (for Windows XP).

How can I add my profile to an event?
Log in, search for an event, then click Add Me and your profile will automatically be added.

Log in, click on 'What's On then click on Add Event. Adding events is FREE.
Why can't I add an Event?
